To address this, the Government of Rajasthan implemented a Tout Prevention Program, which I Love Jaisalmer, in partnership with the District Police, supported through:

1.Installing billboards at tourist spots to raise awareness about safety and security.

2.Developing and presenting an anti-tout strategy to local police to help make the city tout-free.

This project takes a comprehensive approach, aiming to understand tout behavior and address its root causes. By offering better job opportunities in the hospitality sector, the program seeks to reduce touting and its negative impact.
